When it comes to dining, we provide our residents with good food, great conversation and a welcoming atmosphere. We create delightful dining experiences based on your personal tastes, creating unique, flavorful menus with a variety of options and making nearly everything from scratch. With information gleaned from monthly “Food for Thought” meetings, our residents partake in the creative process by sharing cherished recipes and offering valuable feedback that inspires the development of a unique community menu.

We can accommodate most any dietary requirement or restriction, including special diets to help manage conditions such as hypertension, heart disease or diabetes. All chef-created menus are certified by a registered dietitian to guarantee the nutritional integrity of each dish. We can also provide space for private functions with your friends and family that you can reserve for birthday celebrations, a graduation party for your grandchild or other events.

Background in field or industry: Most of my experience is in hospitality, country clubs, and restaurants. I am honored to take this strong background in service and excellence to the senior living industry.

Why do you love what you do: I love cooking and watching the customer smile while they eat. I also like to make nice dishes that “wow” people.

Fun fact about yourself outside of work: I have three grandkids and I have four kids of my own. I love football, boxing, basketball. My favorite team is the New England Patriots.

    Beyond a theme dinner, this is an immersive dining experience. Be transported to Italy with an Italian happy hour replete with accordion music, or stay close to home with a dish featuring a local signature ingredient. Whatever the offering, Culinary Keepsakes broadens culinary horizons, brings cultural context to mealtimes and incorporates the entire community.

  • Traditions to Table

    Incorporating time-honored traditions, our residents are invited to share their signature recipes and allow the rest of the community a glimpse into their cherished culinary memories. This program allows our residents to engage in creating new memories based on lifelong experiences created around the dinner table.
